Privacy Policy

1. We keep your data indefinitely

We keep your data for as long as Make It exists. There is no automatic deletion date, and no scheduled purge running quietly in the background. We're telling you this plainly, up front, instead of leaving it for a later section.

We do this on purpose. Make It works by remembering you: what you said last week shapes how it responds today. A system that forgets can't do that job. If you'd rather we not keep your data, you can ask us to delete it at any time. See "Your rights" below.

If Kismet Consulting LLC transfers Make It to someone else, or shuts it down, this policy and the data it covers go with it. It doesn't just disappear because the name on the account changes.

2. What we collect

When you use Make It, we collect and store:

• Your name
• Your company
• Your time zone
• Your WhatsApp number
• The full content of every message you send us and every message we send you

We don't collect anything beyond what you tell us in conversation.

3. Who sees it

Raw messages, including everything you write to us, are visible to the Make It team. Today that's a small number of people who operate the service, and we expect that number to grow as the team does.

We don't currently keep a log of who looked at what, or notify you when someone on the team reads your messages. That's not built yet, not a promise we're making today. If that changes, we'll update this page.

4. How we use it

We use your information to run the conversation itself: to address you correctly, remember context from earlier in your history, and generate a reply that actually fits what you've told us. Your message text is sent to Anthropic's Claude to produce that reply.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. We use three outside services to run Make It, and nothing more:

• Twilio — delivers the WhatsApp messages themselves.
• Anthropic — processes message text to generate the AI-written reply you receive.
• Supabase — stores your data in our database.

None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes beyond delivering the service to you.

We do not share your data with any accelerator, program, investor, or other third party. Not your participation, not your content, not a summary of either. No exceptions, at least not in this phase of Make It.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data, or send you a copy of it, at any time. Email privacy@gomakeit.ai and we'll take care of it. There's no form to fill out and no waiting period we make you sit through.

7. Not professional advice

Make It talks with you about your business and may offer suggestions, encouragement, or ideas. That's guidance from a model, not advice from a professional. It is not legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or any other kind of professional advice. Treat it like a smart friend's opinion, not a licensed expert's.

8. Messaging & opt-out

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.

9. Governing law & contact

Arizona law governs this policy. That's true even if a disagreement involves someone or something in another state.
